Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping Carrier & Methods
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. All peptide orders are packed in insulated boxes with cooling packs to maintain the cold chain during transit. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days within the continental United States.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is included on every order — no minimum purchase required. We believe the cost of responsible cold-chain delivery should never be passed on to researchers.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. This policy is reviewed periodically as we expand our logistics network.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will coordinate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and cold-chain requirements, we accept returns or issue refunds only where products arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
How to Submit a Claim
Contact us through our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened products, products stored improperly, or claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery are not eligible for return or refund. We cannot accept returns on any product that has left our temperature-controlled packaging.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been processed or handed off to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
